Depsite our lack of communication at the current moment.. I wanted to write a passage out that we talked about on Sunday morning that really lays heavy on my heart this evening. I read something disturbing online via public domain. And I want to make a promise and ask you, our readers, to hold me accountable. That this blog site will be for edifying words only.. and not hurtful or divisive speech.
A warning to heed to be a peacemaker and pursuer/a battler of sin:
Heb 12:14-15 "Strive for peace with everyone, and for the holiness without which no one will see the Lord. See to it that no one fails to obtain the grace of God: that no "root of bitterness" springs up and causes trouble and by it many become defiled..."
Again I am very humbled by my husband and Gods grace that blessed me with him. The wisdom and patience that the Lord has bestowed upon him.. along with teachable and willing spirit. I pray that some day my heart will be more like his and especially more like HIS!!
